We are focused on minority equity positions but can be flexible as required for the transaction. We prefer to work with independent sponsors who can lead all aspects of the transaction. However, the professionals at Penstock can provide support and guidance through the diligence, negotiation, capital raising, documentation, and ownership phases of a transaction if the situation requires.
